Acrylic-Coated Galvalume

Galvalume has been the choice over galvanized material for several years.  Acrylic-Coated Galvalume has a corrosion-resistant aluminum-zinc coating applied by a continuous hot-dipping process that conforms to ASTM-792 Class AZ55. This product has a clear-acrylic coating on both sides highly resistant to finger, hand and foot print caused by handling and installation. This product also has excellent transit and field storage performance without darkening or staining.

PVDF

PVDF (often referred to as Kynar) coatings are the best for, color retention, chalk resistance and long service life. Selecting PVDF means long-lasting “like new” appearance year-after-year.

Silicone Polyester – SMP

The coating system, or paint, for metal panels is just as important as the substrate. For the life of the panel, the surface, or coating, will be exposed to environmental elements – ultraviolet sun rays, acid rain, dirt, etc. Over time, these environmental conditions will break down the coating resulting in panel fade and chalk. Fade and chalk are not pleasing to the eye, and the degree of fade and chalk is directly related to the coating system. The most popular coatings for metal panels are Silicone Modified Polyester (SMP).
