A PBR (Purlin Bearing Leg) is a thru fastened roof panel and is the most widely used in the industry. This panel is 36” wide 1 ¼” deep major ribs 12” o.c. The flat between each major rib is reinforced with two minor ribs giving the panel added strength.
ICS-T324 (most commonly used) is a structural trapezoidal standing seam that utilizes a snap seam (no mechanical seamer required). This panel is 3” tall with a 24” width (net coverage). This panel can be offset either ⅜” (low clips) or 1 ⅜” (tall clips). This panel is used with normal wind speeds.
ICM-T324 is also a structural trapezoidal standing seam that requires a mechanical seamer. This panel is 3” tall with a 24” width (net coverage). This panel can be offset either ⅜” (low clips) or 1 ⅜” (tall clips). This panel is used where wind speeds are higher than normal.
ICM-V216 is a vertical rib standing seam that requires a mechanical seamer. This panel is 2” tall with a 16” width (net coverage). This panel can be offset either ⅜” (low clips) or 1 ⅜” (tall clips).
